Customer Information Management


Basic Functions

  • Add a new customer.

Multiple Locations
Maintain as many Locations or “Buildings” as you wish for each customer. Perfect if you service several locations, but bill to a main office.


User-Defined Fields
In Job Estimator you are provided with 6 User-Defined fields that you can label yourself and use to store whatever information you wish.




Job Estimator is incredibly flexible. You can divide up your buildings, or locations, however you wish. Entering the square footage of the sub-locations means you only need to add Task Codes to your estimate and figures are generated for you.


Task Codes
Estimating has never been easier with Job Estimator. All Task Codes are already entered for you, all you need to do is add the appropriate codes to your locations. You can modify the already existing Task Codes if you wish, or add your own!


Cost Codes
Cost Codes are used to calculate your costs for jobs. From the Markup % you enter for estimates, this is used to calculate how much you should charge your customers.

Cost Codes can be modified, added, deleted as you please.
Maintain separate Cost Codes for different employee types. E.g. Supervisors and Regulars.


Estimate Screen
The Estimate Screen makes it easy to see all the costs and times for your jobs. You can see, at a glance, how the estimate is being built.
