Exchange, milliCare’s annual franchise convention, is a time for the milliCare network to convene for celebration and networking. 

Our Thoughtful Systems Team headed to Austin, to celebrate with our Scheduling Manager milliCare clients and to introduce our products to new franchisees who wish to become more efficient and profitable in the carpet cleaning and floor care industry. 

As our team members mingled on the convention floor, we met many of our long-time clients whose businesses have been thriving with the help of our Scheduling Manager software for over 25 years. 

One of those successful customers we talked to was Tom Moore, the CEO of ECOlogic, a large commercial carpet cleaning company in Boston.
