The Job Estimator is designed specifically
for the commercial cleaning and janitorial
industries. The software allows you
to plan jobs, by doing workloading
for any cleaning job, large or small,
by first creating a workloading report,
then developing cost estimates (which
allow you to estimate costs and total
hours and number of personnel required
for the job), and then create and
print estimates for the job.
This takes a lot of the drudge work
out of workloading and job costing.
Our simple, easy-to-use interface
allows you to specify the areas of
the facility that need to be cleaned,
and furthermore to define the individual
tasks which need to be performed in
each area. The program comes with
a comprehensive list of cleaning tasks,
with industry production rates for
each task.

the cleaning tasks to be done, the program gives
you the estimate of the number of hours per week
(or per month) that will be required to perform
the cleaning. With a couple of clicks you can
print out a job estimate to mail, e-mail or fax
to your prospect directly from the program.

the customer information and job estimate information
to the Scheduling Manager, our employee scheduling,
