New Customer Information Features
Browse Locations
Many users of the Scheduling Manager do not consider the customer's Billing Address to be their primary address, but rather their Work Address.
 
This is the case for companies providing services to large apartment buildings, for example.
 
The Browse Locations tool enables you to scroll and search your locations using the Work Address as the primary address, as opposed to the Billing Address.
 
Jobs Tab
The Jobs tab is one of the tabs on the Customer Information screen which lists all jobs for a customer.
 
It provides you with a handy overview of all the customers jobs past, present and future.
 
Jobs that have been completed are highlighted in purple.
 
You can double-click on a job to view more details about it, or to view or print the invoice for the job.
 
Jobs At-a-Glance Watch Movie
Jobs At-A-Glance allows you to quickly see your customer's upcoming jobs and their job information all from the Customer Information screen.
 
This is a great tool for when your customer calls. It means you can look them up and see their job history and future in a matter of seconds!
 
New Job Scheduling Features
Job Notes Templates
You may have a set of notes or instructions that you will wish to re-use quite often.
 
In this case, you can use the Job Notes Templates to define a list of instructions so that when creating new schedules instead of re-typing the list again, you simply need to select the notes you wish to import and they will be imported and applied to the job for you.
 
You can create an unlimited number of Job Notes Templates to use in this way.
 
NEW Explode Job Screen
Recent additions and improvements to the Explode Job Screen include a tab that shows all User-Defined fields for the customer. These fields can be renamed by you to be used to store whatever information you wish. Some examples of common uses would be "Pets" or "Model #" or "Customer Type".
 
The new and improved Explode Job screen also now has a Calenders tab that shows all other jobs scheduled for the customer.
 
The new screen also has a "Go To Customer Record" icon that will take you to the customer's information, if you wish to look up their email address or their account information, for example.
New Customer Information Features
Reminders Watch Movie
The reminders feature assists you with your customer relationship management as it allows you to schedule a pop-up alarm to appear on the screen on a date and time that you specify.
 
You can select a customer that the reminder is for and click the "Go To" button to automatically jump to that customer's information. You also have the option to reschedule or snooze the reminder.
 
You can also use the reminders to remind another user, such as your office administrator, to follow-up with a customer or to perform a task for a customer.
New Job Scheduling Features
Weekly Dispatch Calendar Watch Movie
The Weekly Dispatch Calendar is one of our newest additions to our suite of Interactive Job Scheduling screens.
 
It still has all the same great features and options of previous interactive calendars, but also allows you to drag and drop jobs to move them, or to "stretch" jobs out to change Start or End times.
 
You are also able to select more information to display on the screen for the jobs. You can choose to display, for example, the customer's full name, address, charge and job notes.
 
Combined Invoicing
 
This new feature allows you to combine multiple invoices into one for a customer! This is particularly useful if, for example, you do several services for the customer for the month, but you only want to send them one invoice.
 
You can specify on the Customer Information screen which customers require only one invoice like this, and then run the Combined Invoice routine, which will combine all their individual invoices into one.
 
Note: You can create Combined Invoices for any period you wish. For example, 2 weeks or even 1 week.
 
 
Inventory Manager

What does it do?
Store information for items in the Inventory Manager including part numbers, list prices, dealer prices, manufacturers and quantities in stock.

Quickbooks
Quickbooks RealTime
What does it do?
The QuickBooks RealTime feature is a seamless, real-time link with QuickBooks. If you are already a QuickBooks user, this means transferring your customers can be done in a matter of seconds. This makes it quick and easy to start using Scheduling Manager. Customer Information is automatically updated in QuickBooks when modified in Scheduling Manager and vice versa. Invoices generated in Scheduling Manager are also automatically created in QuickBooks. This seamless interfaces thus eliminates any double-entry.

Employee Information
Manage Salespeople
What does it do?
Manage salespeople and their commission rates.
With the Salespeople Management Module you can assign an Account Manager, Lead Generator and minimum commission rates that are associated with each Work Code.
A salesperson is specified when a new job schedule is created for a customer.
At the end of your pay/billing cycle, you can run a report to calculate all commissions due for the period.
